We have been Dogs Trust’s fundraising partner for four years, delivering everything from fundraising strategy and legacy marketing to new product development and acquisition programmes. We have worked with the charity to drive a growth plan that has boosted income by 17% since 2017.

Growing the pack

GOOD’s growth plan incorporates strategic and creative solutions and campaigns across a number of key fundraising areas. A large part of this has been setting the strategic direction and implementation of a warm DM programme comprised of six annual cash appeals. Managing all the appeals has meant we can add value across the whole programme – from planning, through to testing matrices and learning logs.

New tricks

We have also introduced an integrated communications strategy tested through a Christmas campaign which has fuelled income growth and paved the way for a much more effective plan.

Since working together, we have increased income across our remit channels by 17%.
Whilst much of the sector has seen declining cash programme performance, the Dogs Trust results are up year-on-year. We’ve raised £2m in the warm cash appeals last year, growing income by 7%.
