Pernod Ricard is one of the largest drinks companies in the world, with 19,000 people working in 81 countries. Perhaps not surprisingly, its Sustainability & Responsibility activities were fragmented, lacked direction, and weren’t getting the engagement they deserved. That’s where GOOD came in.
We developed an overarching social purpose story that aligned with Pernod Ricard’s guiding idea ‘createurs de convivialite’. Suddenly, social purpose felt like a natural part of every employee’s role, because it was part of the brand’s story.
Our messaging framework and communications toolkit helped every office to embed the idea in a way that was locally relevant. Then make it real through volunteering, partnerships and other initiatives.
Our launch campaign, film and engagement plan came together on a single day of action for all Pernod Ricard employees worldwide. A moment to be proud of. And one they’ll repeat every year.
