Nilesha Chauvet Announced as CEO of GOOD

Nilesha Chauvet has been appointed to lead GOOD Agency as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding co-founder and former CEO, Chris Norman MBE. The move is part of a planned and carefully considered leadership transition.

Chauvet steps into the role from her position as Managing Director, where she has been instrumental in shaping the agency’s strategic direction, driving sustained growth over the last five years.

As CEO, Chauvet is committed to building stronger relationships across the not for profit, commercial and public sectors, deepening client relationships, producing stronger, sector defining purposeful work, to meet the greater social and environmental issues the world presents now. She will also lead GOOD’s long-term strategy and operations for ambitious growth.

After 31 years at GOOD, the last 15 as CEO, Chris Norman MBE is taking up a new role as Client Partner, continuing to work closely with key clients.
