We live our values every day, and that means not doing what everyone else does. There’s no ping pong table, but there’s plenty of fresh fruit. Yes, there’s booze in the fridge but you’ll find soya milk too. All agency food is vegetarian, whether it’s for a client meeting or a team lunch.
Our values are simple but we hold them close. Brave, because you can’t change the world by doing what’s been done before. Together, because we value our team spirit and we can’t abide egos. And Good because you deserve a reason to come to work in the morning. The world needs more good in it, and that guides everything we do.
We also offer an extensive training and inspiration programme, sharing internal expertise and inviting external speakers and trainers in for regular sessions. Because GOOD People never stop learning.
At GOOD we know that we, the industry we work in, and the sectors we work for, don’t represent the brilliant, beautiful and diverse world we live in.
To change things, we need change ourselves. That means widening the circle of people we hire, promote, work with and work for.
We’re widening the circle of people who come into our industry. Our ongoing partnership with the Social Mobility Foundation offers work experience to talented, under-represented young people. We’ve also worked with Brixton Finishing School and the Ideas Foundation, through D&AD. We’re signatories to the Placement Poverty Pledge and pay London Living Wage to interns.
We’re widening the circle of people who work at GOOD by partnering with Creative Access to find brilliant talent. For the roles they don’t cover, we’re committed to going further and trying harder to build diverse candidate lists. And, while we’ve had a long-standing ban on male-only panels at our GOOD Bites sessions, we’re challenging ourselves to do more when it comes to finding speakers for our own and others’ events.
